Terms and Conditions

1. Program Eligibility

• Industry Inclusion: This program is open to individuals across all professional sectors and industries globally.
• Selection Process: Participants are selected via a randomized, computer-generated ballot system. Selection does not guarantee disbursement until the verification process is successfully completed.
• Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

2. Verification and Disbursement

• Personal Disbursement Officer: Upon selection, recipients will be assigned a designated officer to facilitate the transfer of funds through Bank of America or other certified partners.
• Accuracy of Information: Participants must provide accurate and truthful identification. Providing false information will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of support.
• Timeline: Verification must be completed within the timeframe specified in the Selection Notification. Failure to respond may result in the reallocation of funds to the next randomized candidate.

3. Use of Funds

• Empowerment Goal: While the Alliance encourages the use of funds in alignment with our Eight Core Principles (e.g., Agricultural Innovation, Educational Equity, or Entrepreneurship), the primary goal is the recipient's personal and economic empowerment.
• Prohibited Uses: Funds must not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, financing of terrorism, or activities that violate international trade sanctions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Alliance web portal are the property of the Alliance and its corporate sponsors. Unauthorized use of the branding of SpaceX, Amazon, Alibaba, or other partners is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Alliance shall not be held liable for technical issues arising from the recipient's local banking infrastructure or internet connectivity.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the granted resources.

6. Global Compliance

The Alliance operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) standards. Disbursement of funds is subject to compliance with the regulatory requirements of the recipient’s host country.

8. Modification of Terms

The Alliance reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in global policy or program structure. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

The Alliance reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the program if a breach of these terms is identified.
